Ahm.. as usual there is always going to be an image with Tengu every now and then. Sometimes she's the only character who seems to portray how I feel, which is probably why she gets drawn the most.
This has many layers enough to lag my computer once again, the resolution wasn't too huge.. but not too small either. And.. I left out her wings for some odd reason. But maybe it kinda.. goes okay with this picture, as much as I love her wings. The scar on her back isn't from lack of wings though, it starts from the middle of her spine..to the lower part of her back, and some of it is over her shoulder blades. Not a very pleasant scar.. Chains can symbolize many things as well, but alas..I am lazy to speak much about this one. I was inspired by a lot of music, which really helped get the sort of emotion I wanted. She has chains around her neck. Yeah I spot the obvious. Plus it's one of th first things I saw since that's what's different here. Around her neck...wonder why =w= and a groovy little cross on it. Groovy. Wtf. It's my sleep lackage isn't it.
Chains always make imprisonment come to mind...popular theme for me when I do doodle stuff like that. She seems a bit too serene-looking for that prisoner connotation though XD;
Her ears seem a bit thinner on this one, and her wings aren't shown this time. But with those gone we see the scar from this angle~
As usual...I love the hair, particularly I love motion/flowingness in hair in a pic.
Love it as usual, and I'd love to sleep right nao, so time for some winks. =w=~ Keep it up Kaori~<33

Pfft, I think the chains catch my attention at first, but then.. I see red, and then I look at Tengu. Just had to add that cross, I love them.
I agree with you, it makes me think of similar things as well. She does look a bit too serene for some reason, I wonder why..
Mm.. Didn't feel like adding her wings this time. Because I'm..lazy. I like drawing her scar, as much as it's not..very nice to her.
I thought you would, long hair helps with that I think.

and i like the ears allot, the chains are more emotional looking then actual trapping chains, wich adds allot.

So...what is like the most is how you made her expression ^ ^ so calm...and it just makes me imagine that her next act would be openning her eyes and making a cold expression (???)
But the chains * _ *'' I can't help but love them ♥..specially when you add crosses!I like how they are kinda glowing...but not a bright glow, a soft one. ^ ^
I just always wonder where she got that scar, that is a nice detail to her design but also a sorrowfull one i . i
I always think of chains related to soemone prisioner of something..., something you cant get free of... but that is what everyone think too...
