Well I thought I'd type up another journal, had to happen sooner or later~ I think I mentioned something about half term coming up last time. Forgot to say how awesome it was, I stayed over at =ShinseiSeraph's house again. But I was so exhausted from the convention weekend, and since I were on new medication. I didn't really have much energy to do anything when I got to her's. I love how hospitable her family are though.. most of the time I just want to stay there since I can relax.
We did a lot there, but I couldn't really go outside in sunlight because of my medication. And I would've felt guilty if they felt the need to take us out every time we're there. I love their husky too, she's so adorable with her extra toes. So amusing~ Again, I fail at remembering everything we did there, but the majority of the time =ShinseiSeraph was gaming with my brother and her sister. Playing Left4Dead, GTA and Tales of Vesperia..which we completed there. I didn't game with them, apart from co-op with my brother on Tales of Vesperia. I loved the ending.. But absolutely hate when games have to end. I don't game as much as I used to really. I'm a party pooper like that, and I pretty much napped every few minutes.. I'm not kidding. I enjoyed watching =ShinseiSeraph play Shadow Hearts Covenant which I bought for her, as a belated birthday gift. But I kept falling asleep through some parts.. fail.
I wish I could write about everything that did happen, we were inside all the time but that doesn't really bug me since I'm with friends. I failed with the Jenga blocks in Shinsei's room, I haven't played games like those in years! I'm not surprised I failed. Pfft~ I also doodled in her room with her, but.. I feel so limited when it comes to drawing on paper. So I hated everything I doodled. Shinsei however.. she doodled me Tengu in biro, and eventually scanned the lineart and gave me a coloured version in copic marker..huhu~ Sadly I fell asleep during part of it.. or..for most of it. She also drew crack images of our characters.. crack as in really disturbing, inside jokes you probably wouldn't understand maybe. Hahah~ We watched True Blood on the Wednesday evening, minus my brother cause he hates things to do with vampires. True Blood is very... well.. what can I say, explicit in some parts. But I like vampire stories, just not ones where vampires sparkle. Gore all the way. The episode was awesome on Shinsei's huge HD flat screen tv.. wish I had one heheh! A funny and disturbing episode though..ahm.
On the last night, which was saturday night. We all stayed up late watching movies.. till 5 or 6 am in the morning [Sunday], but I was going to keel over and die so I said I was going to head to bed, yes.. at 6am.. bear in mind I had to wake at 7am to pack up our suitcase and wait for our taxi which would arrive at 10am for us. Shinsei slept in, cause she was tired, but eventually she got up when her sister told her she had half an hour until the taxi got us. It was disheartening when we had to leave, I'm never really good with goodbyes. And they were quick because we didn't want to be late for the coach we had to catch at 11am to take us home. I forgot to mention that it was pouring with rain.. so I got soaked because I refuse to wear a coat. Fun! I did enjoy staying over there, and will hopefully see them again a few days after Christmas, till New Year. That's what I'm hoping will go to plan.
But that was pretty much my half term holiday. A week, it went by so quickly. And I've finished my animation for my assignment, but lets just say it had to have basic colouring because the whole college had a power out when I was saving it. It took forever to save too..ugh. Glad that's over and done with, the next assignment is Stop Motion Animation. And it's going to be really heavy.. orz...
